Vue Orleans

Vue Orleans is a new, immersive experience that is next to Four Seasons on Canal.

The exhibits go over 300+ years of New Orleans history. From the iconic music to the well-known FOODS!

I took my kids and they usually fight. I didn’t have to break up one fight they were so into the tour.

The Vue is open daily from 9:00am-5:00pm. Make sure you check them out! Perfect for Date Nights.

New Orleans Festivals

Festivals are back, and this girl has been missing them. I attended French Quarter Festival and had a great time. This has me super excited about upcoming Festivals in New Orleans. The music was terrific. I enjoyed listening to the New Orleans Songbird Robin Barnes & the Fiyabirds presented by Windsor Court, The Original Pinettes Brass Band, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Hot 8 Brass Band, Nathan and the Zydeco Cha Chas and Tank and the Bangas.

The culinary lineup, oh my goodness, was everything. I am 'not mad at' taking a day off to immerse in New Orleans culture and cuisine.

Here’s what I enjoyed, and it is pictured below.

Luzianne Tea Mint flavored Tea. It was perfect for the weather.

French Market Coffee I love the chicory coffee but I chose the Praline and it woke me up as I continued to have a great time at the festival.

Beaucoup Eats Dirty Gumbo was remarkable. I love GUMBO. I have a certain way that I prepare mine and this was seasoned well and not too hot for the weather.

Ajun Cajun The had a taste for the notorious Soft Shell Po-boy. It was better than I had expected. I love that they give you options. The Po-boy is golden deep-fried with seasoned Tempura Batter an dressed with lettuce, tomato, and spicy Japanese aoli " “pink” sauce.

Vaucresson Sausage Creole Sausage Po-boy definitely hit me different this year. I never tried this po-boy and it was impeccable. I loved the sauce on top and the taste of the sausage. I want more!

Morrows Oyster Morrow was simply amazing. The oysters were so juicy and flavored to perfection!!!

Addis NOLA Collard Greens Sambusa was delicious. This was my final meal at French Quarter Festival and I will be visiting Prince soon at his restaurant in New Orleans.

New Orleans Original Daiquiris Mango Daiquiris were BOMB. Words can’t describe how good it feels to day drink and eat delicious food in New Orleans. You have to try it!

I also managed to sip and savor at Tableau for happy hour. Happy Hour is 2pm-6pm Wednesday - Friday. Go see Chef Gustar.
