Date Nights in New Orleans

My husband and I enjoy dinner at Tujague’s New Orleans. It’s really nearby the French Quarters.

Date Nights for my husband and I happen periodically. With the kids and their busy schedules on the weekend, it is difficult for us to go out simultaneously. When we were dating, we hit the town almost every night. When I adopted this new blogger/influencer lifestyle, this was nothing new for him or me. We had fun dating in our city. That’s how we fell in love. Now, mommy still goes out during the week, but daddy has to stay in with the kids. Occasionally, we will step out on the weekend and stay out for a few hours. We only have a few trusted sitters for our 4 and 5-year-olds. If you have met my husband, you will know he is not the front and center photography guy. Many of the photos below have my face, but he is a little camera shy.

Here are some of the entrusted places we love to go out on dates. The vibe is people, music, drinks, food, and atmosphere for us.

  • Tujague's

Tujague’s is a nice restaurant for a date night. My favorite cocktail is the grasshopper.

  • Tujague's

Tujague’s is nearby the French Quarter and is great for eating on the balcony then touring this beautiful city.
