I Had a fabulous time at Martin Wine Cellar Iron Horse Wine Dinner. The Unoaked Chardonnay 2018 was terrific. Wow! The expression on my face when the Cranberry Rosemary Ganita arrived, paired with the Ocean Reserve Brut 2016.
First Course: Scallops, Fresh Macintosh Apple, Frisee, Arugula, Roasted beets with Goat Cheese paired with Russian Cuvee Brut 2016.
Second Course: Lobster Ravioli, Main Lobster, Asparagus, Tarragon, Chive Truffle Oil, Citrus Butter Sauce, Finished with Caviare. All paired with Vintage Brut 2016.
Dessert: Lemon Custard, Shortbread Biscuit, Louisiana Strawberries, with Basil Mint Chantilly Cream paired with Wedding Cuvee 2016.
