Off The Eaten Path Nola

Off the Eaten Path NOLA (@eatenpathnola on Instagram) is led by Nicole Caridad Ralston and focuses on bringing hidden New Orleans food gems to light while also shedding light on the history and culture of our favorite dishes, ingredients, and food ways. I always enjoy her photos of amazing gems in the city and also her colorful nails. I met Nicole at a few events and she is a beautiful person inside and outside.

When she’s not exploring the rich food scene of New Orleans, Nicole is the Director of Education and Programming at Beloved Community, a non- profit diversity, equity and inclusion consulting firm. Nicole is a proud alumna of the University of New Orleans where she earned her Ph.D in Educational Leadership and she is passionate about social justice, liberation, and joy.
